"I used this opportunity to thank the external partners for their unconditional support in the process of the accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union. We are grateful to them for their constant support, technical assistance, advice and expertise throughout this process," the official wrote on his Telegram account.

According to the head of Moldovan diplomacy, the international recognition of Moldova is underlined by the presence of 48 heads of state and government at this edition of the European Political Community.

"We continue to make efforts to realize our European aspirations and to build a modern and prosperous Moldova", stressed Nicu Popescu.
