# New deputies in PAS: Constitutional Court validated the mandates of two deputies

> Parliament took note, during today's plenary session, December 29, of the resignation requests submitted by PAS deputies Dumitru Alaiba and Adrian Bălutel. Also, two deputy mandates, which belong to the "Action and Solidarity Party" Political Party, were declared vacant.

We remind you that Dumitru Alaiba submitted his resignation after being appointed  Minister of Economy.
Adrian Bălutel gave up his mandate as a deputy after he was appointed as secretary of state in the State Chancellery.
