*"I cannot even imagine, I don't even want to talk about the devastating consequences that could be caused if the European Council does not make a decision, not only for Ukraine, but also for the expansion of the Union as a whole,"* Kuleba said.

Kuleba made the remarks ahead of the European Union Foreign Affairs Council meeting in Brussels, which took place three days before a crucial summit where EU leaders were set to decide whether to launch accession negotiations with Ukraine and Moldova.

*"Ukraine will become a member of the European Union. The only question is whether someone will slow down the process - which will have a high cost - or whether we will be able to move forward without obstacles,"* Kuleba added.
