The SF-24 carries the hopes of a team determined to rebound from a third-place finish in 2023. Team Principal Mattia Binotto emphasised the car's potential, stating, *"The SF-24 represents a significant step forward in our pursuit of championship glory. We've addressed key areas for improvement and are confident we have a competitive package."*

Driver line-up remains unchanged for the final year of the Leclerc-Sainz partnership. Charles Leclerc, eager to challenge for the title, commented, *"We need to focus on ourselves and maximise every opportunity.
