# Moldova auctions 21 state farmland leases for five years 

> Moldova’s Public Property Agency will auction five-year lease rights for 21 state-owned agricultural plots on September 22, offering farmland parcels ranging from 1.3 to nearly 87 hectares across the country.

Moldova’s Public Property Agency will auction five-year lease rights for 21 state-owned agricultural plots on September 22, offering farmland parcels ranging from 1.3 to nearly 87 hectares across the country.

**Competitive Bidding Terms**

The parcels are located in several agricultural regions, including the municipality of Chișinău. Starting annual lease prices range from €250 (approx. 5,000 MDL) for smaller lots to €22,170 (approx. 444,000 MDL) for extensive arable tracts.

Interested agricultural producers and commercial bidders must submit their formal participation files by September 21 at 12:00 PM local time. Complete tender documentation and parcel specifications are available on the agency's official platform.
