The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) has opened registration for the 24th edition of the "Made in Moldova" national exhibition, which will take place from January 27 to 31, 2027, at the Moldexpo Exhibition Center in Chișinău. The organizers aim to attract around 500 domestic companies and approximately 70,000 visitors from within the country and abroad.

The event will take place under the slogan *“Home. Authentic. Local”* and aims to promote local products and services, stimulate domestic consumption, and attract new international commercial partnerships.

*“The primary goal of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry is to support local producers, foster business development here in the Republic of Moldova, encourage job creation, and contribute to the social well-being of our country. Furthermore, the ‘Made in Moldova’ exhibition serves as an excellent platform for international dialogue and cooperation, facilitating the adoption of best practices”*, stated Sergiu Harea, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), during the launch conference on October 20.

**An exhibition area of 3,300 square meters and new thematic zones**

For the 2027 edition, the organizers anticipate an exhibition space spanning 3,000 square meters indoors and 300 square meters outdoors. In addition to participating companies' stands, several thematic zones will be set up to bring visitors closer to local producers.

One of the new features is the gastronomic zone, *“Courtyard of Moldovan Flavors”* (*Curtea gusturilor moldovenești*), dedicated to promoting the HoReCa sector and local tourism. Here, visitors can sample traditional dishes and other locally made products.

*“Route of 24 discoveries”* will serve as a guided itinerary, highlighting companies that have recently entered the market or are participating in the exhibition for the first time. The itinerary will include direct discussions with entrepreneurs, tastings, and vouchers for purchasing local products and services.

Furthermore, the organizers will reward creativity and business continuity, recognizing companies that consistently innovate and leverage traditional models to enhance the competitiveness of Moldovan products.

**Negotiations with partners and business sessions**

In addition to the exhibition component, aimed at the general public, the event will feature a business program where Moldovan entrepreneurs can build contacts and negotiate new collaborations.

The "Moldova Presents" (*Moldova prezintă*) forum will host business sessions involving both local entrepreneurs and foreign delegations. The organizers anticipate the attendance of delegations from Romania—the Republic of Moldova’s primary trading partner—as well as from Switzerland, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine.

Representatives from retail chains will also be invited to the event to facilitate dialogue with producers and help secure contracts that ensure local goods appear on store shelves.

"It is crucial that our products reach the shelves of stores and retail chains within the Republic of Moldova; by supporting local producers, we are, in turn, supporting the economy of the Republic of Moldova," said the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI).

**Applications open until December 18**

Companies interested in participating in the 2027 edition of the "Made in Moldova" exhibition may submit their applications until December 18, 2026. Applications will be processed in the order they are received—on a "first-come, first-served" basis—and the first ten companies will receive a discount on participation fees.

The 2026 edition, held from February 11 to 15, saw the participation of approximately 400 domestic economic operators and producers, 58 of which were present for the first time. The event attracted over 70,000 visitors, with international guests including delegations from Romania and Ukraine.

The "Made in Moldova" national exhibition was launched by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2002 and has, over the last two decades, become the primary platform for promoting domestic brands. This initiative continues a tradition of exhibitions in Chișinău that spans more than a century. On October 8, 2026, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry marked 101 years since the organization of the first such exhibition.
