# Deputies vote ammendments to the State Budget Law for the current year

> The Parliament voted, on Monday, December 12, in the first reading, some amendments to the State Budget Law for the current year, as a result of the increase in the share capital of SA "Energocom", carried out in the months of September-November based on the decisions of the Commission for Emergency Situations.

Following the changes, the state budget revenues for the current year are set at 59.3 billion lei; expenses - of 73.9 billion lei, and the deficit - in the amount of 14.6 billion lei.
According to the Legislative, the increase in the share capital of JSC "Energocom" was aimed at increasing the capacity to purchase natural gas and electricity, the formation of natural gas stocks, as well as ensuring the necessary conditions for the continuation of the supply of natural gas to JSC "Moldovagaz".
