The North Atlantic Alliance will streamline relations with partners, including the Republic of Moldova. To this end, it will let the states come up with projects or initiatives, with a common approach to development. The statement was made by our country's ambassador to Belgium, Viorel Cibotaru, for Radio Moldova.

"From this year, NATO will propose to partners, including the Republic of Moldova, a new version, a new management approach. The difference between what it has been before is that all the programmes will be concentrated in one work plan, one single plan of relations, but restructured.

The diplomat said that there is a rapprochement between NATO and the EU, and this is also beneficial for the strengthening of Chisinau's relations with NATO.
