"Trademark of the year 2022": the best entrepreneurs from Moldova were awarded
The best entrepreneurs in the country were awarded last night in the presence of 350 guests, including ambassadors and foreign partners! More than 150 enterprises registered in the "Trade Mark of the Year 2022" and "Quality Achievement Award - 2022" competitions were awarded at the "Moldovan Business Gala", now in its 20th edition. Attending the ceremony, Prime Minister Dorin Recean stressed that business is the main partner of the Government and will therefore be supported by the authorities.
More than 200 local companies submitted entries to this year's editions of the two competitions, and 150 of them became winners.
The winners have been awarded the ultimate accolade - the "Golden Mercury" or "Quality Goddess" trophy.
"I think this is the confidence of the customers, the Chamber of Commerce, first of all, our partners, which is actually all the businesses in the Republic of Moldova are also here."
"This award is a token of gratitude from the more than two million customers, whom we have been serving for 30 years, and it's a sign of the fact that our employees perform every day the best they have."
"We participate in these competitions and we also have joint projects with the Chamber of Commerce. We have succeeded through the daily work of the collective, the team and this is appreciated". The quality award is a brand promotion, which gives us new opportunities, new openings, business markets".
The event was organised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in partnership with the State Agency for Intellectual Property, the National Standards Institute, as well as national and international partners.
"Through these two competitions, we want to highlight the investment that companies are making in quality, but also in intellectual property, in new brands that are the image of the Republic of Moldova in the country and abroad," says Sergiu Harea, President of CCI.
Prime Minister Dorin Recean congratulated the entrepreneurs with the awards and said that the business environment has the full support of the authorities.
"We need to increase the added value, we need to increase investments in innovative quality products, at the cultural level I think we all need to work together to have respect for the entrepreneur and very importantly respect for profit - this is sometimes difficult".
Over the past two decades, 1,800 brands have been promoted and supported by the Chamber of Commerce, thanks to the "Trademark of the Year" competition, and the "Quality Achievement Award" competition, now in its eighth year, has so far highlighted more than 500 domestic companies that have implemented quality management standards.
