European integration agenda of the Republic of Moldova, discussed in Zagreb

The European integration agenda of the Republic of Moldova as well as our country's bilateral cooperation with Croatia are being discussed in Zagreb (Croatia) during the visit undertaken by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Nicu Popescu. The head of Moldovan diplomacy will meet with his Croatian counterpart Gordan Grlić-Radman.

"I will meet with my Croatian counterpart Gordan Grlić-Radman, with whom I will discuss the bilateral cooperation agenda, the European integration of our country, the reform process in the Republic of Moldova, but also the regional situation in the context of the unjust war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine", said Nicu Popescu. Also in Zagreb, Nicu Popescu will have meetings with Tomo Medved, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Veteran Affairs, Domagoj Hajduković, President of the European Affairs Committee of the Croatian Parliament and Željko Reiner, Vice President of the Croatian Parliament and Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee. The Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia, Gordan Grlić Radman, visited the Republic of Moldova in February 2022. The visit was part of celebrating thirty years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Moldova and Croatia.
