War in Ukraine // Night attacks on Kiev, there are casualties
Overnight attacks on Kiev have left at least one dead and four wounded, local authorities said Thursday, during the third night of air strikes on the Ukrainian capital where explosions were heard in several neighbourhoods, AFP and Agerpres report.

Emergency services responded to calls in the Solomyansky, Shevchenkivsky, Podilsky and Darnytsky districts following "explosions in the capital", said city mayor Vitali Klitschko.
"In the Podilsky district, where a fire broke out in an apartment block, one person was discovered dead," Kitschko said on Telegram.
Two people were injured in the Darnytsky district, Sergiy Popko, head of the Kiev military administration, said on Telegram.
The mayor added that two people were "hospitalized" in similar circumstances in the same neighborhood. It is not yet known if they are the same victims.
Two other people in the Shevchenkivsky district were treated at the scene, Klitschko indicated.
A fire broke out in an apartment block in the Shevchenkovskiy district and in a non-residential building in Podilsky, he said, adding that emergency services are on the scene.
The threat of a Russian drone attack on Kiev remains real, the Ukrainian air force said in a statement.
