Four days of heatwave in the Republic of Moldova. Meteorologists have issued a yellow code
The State Hydrometeorological Service has issued a yellow heat code for the whole country. The warning comes into force on Sunday and will last until 18 July.
According to forecasters, over wide areas, maximum air temperatures will reach +33°C and above.
In hot weather, specialists advise us not to go out in the middle of the day when the sun is very strong. It's also important to drink as much fluids as possible and eat fruit and vegetables.
The elderly and people with chronic illnesses should only go out in the cool.
