Ukrainian commander Valery Zaluynyi admitted in an interview that he carried out strikes on Russian territory
The commander-in-chief of Ukrainian forces, Valery Zaluynyi, has admitted carrying out Ukrainian strikes on Russian territory in an interview with the US newspaper Washington Post, reports Agerpres with reference to dpa.

"This is our problem and it is up to us to decide how to kill this enemy. It is possible and necessary to kill on its territory in a war," he told the newspaper in an article first published Friday.
Zaluynyi said he uses Ukrainian-made weapons for frequent attacks across the border.
"If our partners are afraid to use their weapons, we will kill with ours," he said, referring to conditions imposed by Western allies that the supplied weapons not be used to attack Russian territory.
"In order to save my people, why do I have to ask someone's permission for what to do on enemy territory?" asked Valery Zaluynyi, according to the quoted source.
