Cabinet of Ministers meets in Ștefan Vodă. What projects will be approved
The members of the Cabinet of Ministers meet in Ștefan Vodă. In the context of the meeting, Prime Minister Natalia Gavriliță will also pay a visit to the locality, announced the Executive.
In today's meeting, the Government is to approve the Law on organic products and the labeling of organic products. The approval of this project is part of the Government's Action Plan regarding the implementation of the Association Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union. The project provides for production norms in organic agriculture, in accordance with European standards, banning the use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in organic production. Also, the Executive is to approve the contracting of a loan in the amount of 100 million euros from the European Investment Bank in order to carry out the road renovation works included in the "Moldova roads III" project. The Executive's agenda also includes the Public Order and Security Program for 2022-2025. After the Government meeting, Natalia Gavrilița will meet with the representatives of the local public authorities in Ștefan Vodă, she will visit the Ștefan Vodă sub-zone of the Bălți Free Economic Zone. The Prime Minister will participate in the opening of a new unit of rescuers and firefighters in Ștefan Vodă.
