Parliament will meet in the last session of the spring session
The deputies will participate in the last meeting of the spring session tomorrow. More than 40 draft laws are included in the agenda. Thus, the deputies will examine the Government's proposal to extend the state of emergency in the context of the imminent danger to the security of our country caused by the war in Ukraine.
During the state of emergency, the Commission for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Moldova will issue mandatory and enforceable provisions for central and local public administration authorities, public institutions, entrepreneurs and for citizens located on the territory of our country.
According to the draft decision, the state of emergency will not affect the organization and conduct of the elections.
Also, the agenda included several projects that will be examined in the second reading - the exemption of unions and employers from paying the state registration fee and the amendment of the Law on the prevention and combating of family violence.
Also in the second reading, the ratification of several agreements will be examined, as well as the denunciation of some agreements concluded by the CIS.
