The Cabinet of Ministers is meeting today to discuss 20 draft decisions, according to the agenda on the Executive's website. These include approving and denouncing agreements, voting on regulations, and other legislative changes.
In the meantime, MPs are also scheduled to meet in an extraordinary session this week. The information was confirmed for Radio Moldova by PAS MP Vasile Grădinaru. According to the official, MPs will make several corrections to the state budget.
The last session of the Legislature from the spring-summer session took place on July 31, and MPs are due to return to work in September.
However, according to the rules of procedure, Parliament can convene in an extraordinary or special session at the request of the President of the country, the President of the Legislature, or 1/3 of the number of MPs.
