According to police and rescuers, no one was injured, but the danger has not passed and that is why the Coast Guard and all those who intervene are on alert, because in the same area, near the pier there is another one floating on the water, the source also notes.

Constanta Coast Guard spokesman Andrei Ene told Agerpres that "all the information" is being verified and it is not possible to say with certainty at this time whether it is an explosion caused by a sea mine.
