Romania to provide 820,000 euros in financial assistance to Moldova

The government of Romania has approved a funding of 820,000 euros for the Republic of Moldova, according to an executive press release. The funding is part of the Annual Plan for International Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance for 2023.

The press release says that the Republic of Moldova is the priority beneficiary of Romania's bilateral international development cooperation policy. The funding will be used to support a variety of projects in Moldova, including in the areas of education, health, and economic development.

The Annual Plan for International Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance is a planning document for activities under the International Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance policy framework for the financial year. The implementation of the Plan is carried out by the International Development Cooperation Agency (RoAid), a subordinate institution.
