Abandoned house in Chisinau engulfed in flames, 1 evacuated
An abandoned house was engulfed in flames in Chisinau's Râșcani district on Saturday night, according to the Inspector General for Emergency Situations.
Three fire crews were dispatched to the scene and extinguished the fire at 9:35 PM. The flames destroyed the roof of the house, with an area of 80 square metres.
One person was evacuated from the house during the intervention. The man was taken over by the medical team.
The cause and circumstances of the fire are still to be established.
