After the death of people in a fire, investigators opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of Russia (execution of death by negligence on two or more people). Now an investigation team is working at the scene, a number of examinations have been assigned, including forensic and fire-technical ones.
