Aligning the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia to EU legislation, discussed in the international conference, organized in Berlin

The challenges and opportunities regarding the harmonization of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia with the European one is the subject of the International Conference of Parliamentary Legal Committees, which will take place in Berlin on September 21-22, informs the press service of the Legislative.

The delegation of the Republic of Moldova is represented by the president of the Legal, Appointments and Immunities Commission, Olesea Stamate, deputies Adrian Lebedinschi and Vasile Grădinaru, as well as the secretary of the Foreign Policy and European Integration Commission, Alina Dandara.

The participants of the event will present the best practices for implementing the recommendations of the European Commission, after Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova obtained the status of a candidate country for joining the European Union. Also, recommendations will be made regarding reforms in justice field.
