LIVE Parliament, in plenary session// Deputies examine 11 projects to adjust national legislation to the European acquis

The Parliament is to examine 11 projects to adjust the national legislation to the European acquis. It is about the legislative initiatives that refer to the facilitation of the development of energy infrastructure projects, the energy performance of buildings, the management of road infrastructure safety, the introduction of phytosanitary products on the market. Legislative changes will also be examined regarding state aid, consumer protection, use of energy from renewable sources, strengthening aspects of financial market infrastructures, copyright and related rights.

Deputies will debate, in the first reading, the projects to amend the state budget, the social insurance budget and the mandatory medical assistance insurance funds for the current year. The agenda of the plenary session also includes the projects that provide for the stimulation of the use of electronic services, the efficiency of the mechanisms of the governing act, the activation of the labor market, the rights and responsibilities of patients, drug testing.

Deputies will also examine the legislative initiatives to amend the Law on bailiffs, the Law on the Superior Council of Magistracy and the Fiscal Code. The parliamentarians will also discuss the initiatives for our country's accession to two global conventions.

The Parliament is going to denounce 4 agreements concluded on the CIS platform and to rule on the draft decisions regarding the resignation of a deputy and the termination of the mandate of a member of the Superior Council of Magistracy.
