Ceban emphasized that new educational institutions were opened in Chisinau, which did not happen in any city in the country, and old schools and kindergartens were modernized.

"Over the past four years, we have created more than four thousand places in kindergartens in the city, repairing schools and preschool institutions. Energy efficiency through thermal insulation of buildings, the complex approach to everything that means educational programs with the extension of programs, help for children, teacher training and the development of a unique menu.
