Over 350 Moldovan citizens returned from Israel in the last two days

357 Moldovan citizens returned to the Republic of Moldova from Israel, between October 16-17, informs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration. Also, 162 Moldovans left for Israel.

"The authorities continue to conduct negotiations and a continuous dialogue with international partners for the evacuation of Moldovans in the Gaza Strip. With the opening of an evacuation corridor, the consular officer delegated to Egypt is ready to issue the necessary documents and facilitate the travel of citizens of the Republic of Moldova. The Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in the State of Israel continues to operate on a permanent basis", reads a statement of the institution.

We remind that, from October 7 until now, 1,204 citizens of the Republic of Moldova returned home via regular flights, and 415 Moldovan citizens left for Tel-Aviv.
