Domnica Manole is the new president of the Constitutional Court
Domnica Manole was elected today as President of the Constitutional Court, with a majority of votes, reads a press release from the institution.
She was elected following yesterday's resignation of Nicolae Roșca, she will exercise the position of judge of the High Court.
We remind you that Nicolae Roșca was appointed as a judge of the Constitutional Court in August 2019. In April 2023, he was elected president after Domnica Manole submitted her resignation request, following the expiration of her mandate.
