Chisinau trolleybus service affected by weather

The Chisinau Electric Transport Authority (RTEC) announced that trolleybus service in the city is affected by current weather conditions.

"There are delays from the scheduled schedule, and two routes have been rerouted," the RTEC said in a statement.

According to the source, trolleybus route number 35 is operating to Cartușa Street and back to Hâncești Highway, route number 37, within the village, is operating directly to the Bubuieci City Hall, and urban and suburban routes are operating with up to 20 minutes of deviation.

"All municipal services are deployed on the ground for snow removal in the capital," the Chisinau City Hall said in a statement. "According to a press release, the intervention of the regions began in the early hours of the morning with work to treat the road surface with anti-slip material on the main streets, at public transport stops, and on the paths in the city's parks."
