On January 6, Russian forces attacked the Pokrovsk district of Ukraine's Donetsk region with S-300 missiles. At least 12 people were killed, including six children, reports UNIAN.
Eight other people were injured, and the rescuers continue the search for four missing people, including two children.
According to the State Emergency Service, one person was rescued from the rubble on Sunday. Unfortunately, in the village of Rovnoe, Pokrovsk district, the body of a child was pulled out from under the rubble of a destroyed house.
In the Pokrovsk district, two private residential buildings were destroyed by Russian bombing.
On the night of January 6-7, Ukrainian anti-aircraft forces destroyed 21 Russian drones.
According to the Air Force, the Russians attacked Ukraine with 28 "Shahed-136/131" drones from the Primorsko-Akhtarsk region - Russian Federation and three S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles from the occupied Donetsk region.
