Official dissolution: Șor Party removed from State Registry
The political entity known as the "Șor" Party, deemed unconstitutional, has been officially removed from the State Register of Legal Entities.
This action follows a request submitted by the party's liquidators to the Public Services Agency.
It's worth recalling that on June 19, 2023, the Constitutional Court rendered a verdict declaring the party unconstitutional. This decision came in response to a petition filed by the Government, citing actions by the party that were deemed contrary to the principles of the rule of law and viewed as representing the interests of the Russian Federation within the Republic of Moldova.
