Commission for Emergency Situations examines the legality of the introduction of the state of emergency in education in the municipality of Chisinau

Immediately after the Government meeting, the members of the Cabinet of Ministers went to attend the CSE meeting. On the agenda is the examination of the legality of the decision of the Commission for Emergency Situations of Chisinau Municipality regarding the establishment of the state of emergency in education. Immediately after the CSE meeting, the Minister of Education, Dan Perciun, will hold a press conference, in which he will talk about the adopted decisions. The announcement was made by the spokesperson of the Executive, Daniel Vodă.

According to him, the Commission will also examine the request of the Ministry of Agriculture regarding the allocation of funds from the Government's intervention fund to those who have been affected by some natural calamities.

We mention that, once the state of emergency is over, the CSE meets in accordance with the legal provisions, under normal conditions. CSE examines issues raised by relevant authorities differently.
