Parliament meets in plenary session. Today, the deputies will examine four draft laws to harmonize national legislation with that of the European Union regarding the state border, the regime of weapons and civilian ammunition, brands and the regulation of halogenated hydrocarbons that destroy the ozone layer. Also, three agreements concluded with the CIS regarding collaboration in the military and combating terrorism are to be denounced.
Parliament will examine, in the first reading, legislative initiatives to grant increased allowances for war widows, children and parents of veterans and to digitize several public services for entrepreneurs.
The agenda of tomorrow's meeting also includes the ratification of the Grant Agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development regarding the financing of 600,000 euros. Deputies will also discuss a series of amendments to the Law on social aid and the Law on social assistance.
The Parliament will also take note of the resignation of deputy Mihail Popșoi and the termination of Ludmila Lupașco's membership of the Central Electoral Commission.
