Natalia Barbu Wins Eurovision Song Contest 2024 National Final

Natalia Barbu, performing the song "In the Middle", has won the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 National Final.

She will represent the Republic of Moldova at the International Competition held in Malmö this May. The National Final, organised by the Moldovan public television channel Moldova 1, featured eleven competing songs.

Natalia Barbu previously represented Moldova at Eurovision in 2007 with the song "Fight", finishing in 10th place with a total of 109 points.

Update 21:44 - Public Voting Results

Valeria Pasha, performing "Anti-Princess", was the audience favourite, receiving 4,771 votes. Natalia Barbu followed with 2,421 votes, and Iulia Teleucă placed third with the song "Runaway".

Audience Voting Closes!

Remember, viewers can vote online for free! The final score will be determined by a 50/50 combination of jury votes and public votes. The winner will represent the Republic of Moldova at the International Stage of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö.

The jury announces the scores. Natalia Barbu, with her song "In the Middle", received 60 points from the jury.

As a surprise for the audience, the Romanian band "Holograf" is now performing live in the Moldova 1 studio!
