Zelenskyy on strike on Odesa during meeting with Greek PM
Today, March 6, Russians launched a missile strike on Odesa. This occurred during the visit of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who witnessed the explosion, according to a joint press conference of Zelenskyy and Mitsotakis.
"We saw this strike today (in Odesa). You see who we are dealing with. They don't care where to strike. I know there were casualties. I don't know the details, but I know there are dead and wounded," emphasized the head of state.
According to him, the Russians struck Odessa during the visit of international guests from Greece. But it doesn't matter to the occupiers - either they have lost their minds or don't control their army.
Zelenskyy stressed that such strikes indicate the need to strengthen defense, primarily regarding air defense.
He said Ukraine is "gradually strengthening, but slower than we would like."
In turn, the Greek Prime Minister said that Russia launched a missile strike while he and Zelenskyy were in the port of Odesa.
