Moldovagaz identified about two thousand invoices with errors. The company informs that it is about inconsistencies between the amount of compensations and the level of vulnerability in the information system.

Some consumers complained that their compensations were not recalculated. The gas supplier and the Government cooperate to eliminate these discrepancies.

At the same time, Moldovagaz cannot change the vulnerability category, changes in the database can only be made by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection. Minister Alexei Buzu recommends calling the green line 0 8000 5000.

"Let them contact us, tell us about the difficulty and we, again, in the spirit of the citizen's interest, will communicate and will try to find a solution. So, we understand that this compensation system will still be in the Republic of Moldova, we plan to optimize it, to improve it. Let's learn from the lessons of this cold period of the year, let next year be safer, more efficient, simpler", said the Minister of Labor and Social Protection.
