Chișinău Ends 2023-2024 Heating Season: Deputy Mayor Signs Decision

The Chișinău Municipality has officially declared the conclusion of the 2023-2024 heating season for all consumers, effective as of Monday, April 1st.

This decision, signed by Deputy Mayor Irina Gutnic, mandates the disconnection of all objectives from the district heating system, as per request. Furthermore, sector prices, the General Directorate for Housing and Communal Services and Improvement, and housing fund managers, among others, are obliged to ensure compliance with this decision.

Notably, residents of Chișinău will still receive centrally delivered hot water, ensuring continued domestic comfort despite the cessation of the heating season.
