1800 euros for a driver's license. A woman from Drochia, reported to CNA

A woman from the Drochia district is under criminal investigation in a case initiated on influence peddling. According to the National Anticorruption Center (CNA), she would have asked for a bribe worth 1,800 euros to help a man obtain a driver's license more easily.

The suspect would have claimed that she was determining officials from the Transport Registration and Driver Qualification Section in Soroca, responsible for examining candidates for the theoretical and practical tests to obtain a driving license, to favor the successful passing of the driving test and getting the driving license cat. B.

The woman was reported to the CNA. As a result, the anti-corruption officers searched the suspect's home, after which a mobile phone was recovered with conclusive evidence for the criminal investigation.
