Taking to Facebook, PAS MP Radu Marian commented on the US House of Representatives' approval of a military support package exceeding $60 billion for Ukraine. While acknowledging the forthcoming formal vote in the Senate, Marian emphasised the critical nature of this vote for preserving peace and democracy within Moldova. He underscored the link between a free and independent Ukraine and a secure Moldova.
It is important to note that on Saturday, the US House of Representatives adopted a $95 billion legislative package with broad bipartisan support. This package allocates security assistance to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, despite objections raised by some hardline Republicans.
