Moldovan Stars Shine: Dros Scores in Belarus

Moldovan midfielder Cristian Dros netted a spectacular long-range goal from the edge of the penalty area to put his side, Slavia Mozyr, ahead against Dinamo Brest in the Belarusian Premier League.

Dros's strike gave Slavia Mozyr an early lead, but Dinamo Brest equalised before halftime and the score remained deadlocked at 1-1 until the final whistle.

The Moldovan international played the entire match and received a yellow card in stoppage time. Dros has featured in all five matches played so far in the Belarusian championship.

Another Moldovan international footballer, Victor Stâna, also found the net for his club team.

The midfielder scored for AEL Larissa in their encounter against Niki Volos in the Greek second division. Stâna opened the scoring, but his team ultimately fell short, losing the match 2-3.
