Dental services under general anesthesia for people with special needs, from June 1
First Dental Medical Assistance Service under general anesthesia was created for people with special needs, children and adults, in inpatient conditions. It will be functional from June 1, the Ministry of Health announces.
"We implement effective policies for all citizens and thus ensure that no one is left behind in terms of access to health care. It will be equipped with all the resources necessary for people with special needs to benefit from high-quality medical care", said the Ministry of Health.
The service will provide free dental assistance to children in the Mother and Child Institute, "Emilian Coțaga" Clinic, and to adults - in the Emergency Medicine Institute.
