Meteorologists issue a new yellow code of atmospheric instability
The State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) has issued a new yellow Code of atmospheric instability. The warning is valid for the entire territory of the Republic of Moldova and will come into force today, June 10, starting at 3:00 p.m. and will continue until after midnight, at 03:00 a.m.
According to the SHS, brief showers with lightning, heavy showers, and hail are possible.
" Amounts of water of 15-45 l/m2 will be recorded. During the mentioned period, wind intensifications in gusts of up to 15-20 m/s are expected", announces the quoted source.
