Euro 2024 Heats Up: England, Poland & More in Action!
This Sunday, football fans in Moldova can look forward to three exciting matches at the European Football Championship currently unfolding in Germany.
England kicks off their campaign in this edition with a much-anticipated clash against Serbia. The Group C encounter will be held at the Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen, with kickoff set for 10:00 PM Eastern European Summer Time (EEST). Notably, this will be the first official meeting between the two national teams on the international stage; although a match was played in 2003 which resulted in a 2-1 victory for England, at that time the Montenegro national team was still part of the Serbian Football Association.
The opening match of the day will be an afternoon fixture between Poland and the Netherlands from Group D. This match will take place at the Volksparkstadion in Hamburg, with kickoff scheduled for 4:00 PM EEST.
Later in the evening, Slovenia and Denmark will lock horns at 7:00 PM EEST. This Group C fixture will be played at the Stuttgart Arena in Stuttgart, Germany.
Moldovan football fans can catch all the action live and exclusively on the national television channel Moldova 1.
