Moldovans, stuck at the airport in Greece. MAE: "There is a problem with the aircraft"
Several citizens were stranded at the Heraklion airport in Greece due to a problem with the aircraft, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) in Chisinau announced.
"Our embassy is in contact regarding the situation of citizens stuck at the airport in Greece. It is about a problem with the aircraft, and the company organized and accommodated our compatriots in the hotel until the problem is fixed. The subject is monitored by the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in the Hellenic Republic", states the MAE.
We remind you that the passengers of the flight Heraklion - Chisinau were stuck in the airport on the island of Crete, Greece, wrote AGORA. These are Moldovan and Ukrainian citizens. The flight was scheduled for 03:00, but the flight was postponed until 21:00.
