Nicky Cleșcenco was transferred to FC Petrocub Hincesti for half a year
The Moldovan international Nicky Cleșcenco has been brought to FC Petrocub Hîncești by FC Sion, 8th place in the Swiss Super League, on loan until summer this year.
The deal is valid until 31 July of this year. The 21-year-old striker is a disciple of the Buiucani Children and Youth Sports Club, and in 2014, the footballer arrived in Portugal, where he went through the academies of Sporting Lisbon and Uniao de Leiria teams.
Since February 2021, he has been a FC Sion player. He is the son of the current national team coach of Moldova, Serghei Clescenco, and played 10 games for the under-21 national youth team of Moldova, and then played 4 times for the senior national team.
Nicky Clescenco made his national team debut on June 3, 2021, in a friendly match against the Turkish national team.
