Four people wounded in car ramming attack in central Israel
Four Israelis were wounded, one critically, in a car-ramming terror attack at a junction in central Israel on Sunday afternoon, police and medics said, reports Reuters.
According to police, the terrorist, identified as an East Jerusalem Palestinian, rammed his car into people at a bus station at the Nir Tzvi junction.
The junction, outside the town of the same name, is adjacent to the Israeli military’s Tzrifin base.
Four victims were taken to the nearby Asaf Harofeh Hospital, which said it was treating one person in critical condition, one in serious condition, one moderately hurt, and another person in good condition.
The incident was described by police as a terror attack.
