Zelensky officially presented the first F-16 planes that arrived in Ukraine
F16 fighter jets have arrived in Ukraine. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskiy. The leader from Kiev did not announce the number of aircraft and what tasks they perform.
The Ukrainian president said that more pilots are being trained even now because, according to him, their number is not enough to fly the F16 planes.
"We need to develop more technical capabilities so that we can also use the aviation of neighboring countries against certain missiles. We have already instructed our diplomats to work with NATO to set up a meeting so that we can discuss this issue, so that NATO countries can discuss with Ukraine the possibilities of a small coalition with neighboring countries to shoot down enemy missiles," said Volodymyr Zelensky.
Also, the authorities in Kiev announced the evacuation of people from several towns in the Donetsk region, located near the front line, writes AFP. The authorities say that they are bombarded daily by the enemy.
Moscow, in recent weeks, announced that it had captured several towns in eastern Ukraine. We remind that during wartime, this information cannot be independently confirmed.
