New Russian shelling of the Dnepropetrovsk region - Nikopol district
The Russian military launched new attacks on the Nikopol district on Monday night. There have been attacks on the United Territorial Community of Mirove, where the Russians used heavy artillery, Nikolai Lukashuk, the head of the institution said.
Dozens of shells exploded over the community, and several private houses and power lines were damaged. No casualties were reported, however. The Russians also launched similar attacks on 30 January, when several houses in villages in the Nikopol district came under artillery fire.
Over the past 24 hours, invader attacks have been repelled in the areas of Novoselovskoe, Belogorovka, Luhansk region and Yampolovka, Spornoe, Krasnaya Gora, Paraskovievka, Bakhmut, Klescheevka, Ivanovskoye, Avdeevka, Vodiane, Pervomaiskoye and Ugledar Donetsk settlements, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy is still conducting offensive operations in the Liman and Bahmut directions, after suffering heavy losses. They conduct unsuccessful offensive operations in the Avdeevsky and Novopavlovsky directions. In the Kupyansk and Zaporozhye directions - they defend previously captured positions, the Ukrainian Army General Staff reports.
