Moldova’s Call Center: Your guide to the October elections
Citizens with the right to vote can obtain information about the organisation of the constitutional republican referendum and the elections for the President of the Republic of Moldova scheduled for October 20, 2024, by contacting the Call Center at (+373) 22 880101.
According to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), the Call Center will be operational from September 3 to October 22, 2024. If a second round of voting is necessary, the Center will remain open until November 5, 2024.
Throughout this period, Call Center operators will assist those responsible for managing electoral lists within local public authorities, as well as members of lower electoral bodies. This assistance ensures the uniform application of procedures for managing and updating the State Register of Voters.
Voters will also be able to obtain information regarding the voting procedure, the documents required for voting, polling station assignments, the process for declaring their residence, and how to obtain a voting rights certificate.
The CEC also notes that complaints cannot be submitted through the Call Center.
The Call Center information line will be available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On October 19-21 and November 2-4, 2024, if a second round of voting is required, the Center will operate 24 hours a day.
The Center can be reached at regular rates from any landline or mobile phone within the Republic of Moldova.
