Zelenski arrived in the US and visited a shell factory in Pennsylvania

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in the US, where he will attend a meeting of the UN General Assembly and will present the Ukrainian "victory plan" to President Joe Biden.

According to Ukrainian state agency Ukrinform, Zelenskiy will speak at the UN Summit of the Future on Monday. At this international forum, which will be attended by world leaders, it is planned to "form a new international consensus on how we can achieve a better present and preserve the future", informs the Summit website.

Zelensky wrote down his late-night speech to the Ukrainians on the plane: “We are starting a visit to the United States. Now we fly to Pennsylvania for a special visit, then to New York and Washington.”

According to Zelensky, he brought to the United States the Ukrainian "victory plan" in the war with Russia. "The US President will be the first to see it in its entirety, of course, I will present the victory plan to all the leaders of the partner countries," Zelenskiy said in his speech. He also promised to present the plan to the US Congress, representatives of both parties - and both presidential candidates.

"I began my visit to the United States with gratitude to all factory workers and agreements to expand cooperation between Pennsylvania and Zaporozhye," he wrote on the X network.

He also thanked the employees of the enterprise, who "help Ukraine survive in the struggle for freedom."

Additionally, in Pennsylvania, Zelenski met with state governor Josh Shapiro, state senator Bob Casey and congressman Matt Cartwright.

Zelenskiy will attend the UN Security Council meeting on the situation in Ukraine on Tuesday and will address the UN General Assembly on Wednesday.

On Thursday, September 26, the Ukrainian leader has two more meetings scheduled at the White House: with President Joe Biden and Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

Zelensky's press secretary reported that the Ukrainian president also plans to hold talks with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
