Representatives from the electoral offices at polling stations in Soroca equipped themselves with ballots, stamps, and the mobile ballot box before proceeding to the locations of the applicants.

Ada Lozan, a resident of Soroca municipality, has a first-degree disability. She has been requesting the mobile ballot box at home since 2013.

"I am disabled, and I have asked for someone to come to my home to vote, as I have difficulty moving; I have been disabled for 13 years. Today, I voted so that my children can come home, and not just my children, but all the children and mothers who have left their children, as well as parents who have no one to assist them."

Varvara Lozovanu, 84 years old, also requested the mobile ballot box and emphasised the need for unity among people.

"I submitted a request because I can no longer stand, and I tend to forget things. They came to my home, provided me with the ballot, and I realised that we do not need many—one person should suffice—but we must unite and respect one another."

At polling station number 4 in Soroca, 106 requests for the mobile ballot box were recorded from patients at the district hospital.

"It is unfortunate that we are in the hospital, but we must choose our future so that we can live a bit better."

"It is good that they came here on-site, and we do not have to go elsewhere."

"I had not voted under such conditions before, but now we have this opportunity, and we are grateful for the chance to secure a brighter, safer, and more prosperous future."

Representatives from the electoral office visited the homes of individuals and the hospital, equipped with ballots, stamps, and the mobile ballot box.

"This process takes about three to four hours; then we head to the polling station to register them and input all their information into the computer. People are satisfied that we come to them, eliminating the need for them to travel, as they cannot do so and are not on-site," stated Diana Pușcaș.

According to electoral legislation, the mobile ballot box can be requested by voters who, due to health reasons or other valid justifications, cannot travel to polling stations in the country.
