Five outbreaks of bird flu, registered in the Republic of Moldova. ANSA's recommendations for citizens

Five outbreaks of bird flu were registered on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, between October 14-18. There are four cases in Nisporeni district and one case in Dondușeni district.

In this context, the National Food Safety Agency (ANSA) urges bird owners to keep them inside yards and to apply rigorous precautionary measures.

According to ANSA representatives, in the September-October period, 32 cases of bird flu were registered in Nisporeni, Dondușeni and Edineț districts.

"e-Dossier", approved by the Executive: Criminal and contravention cases will be managed electronically

All criminal and contravention cases will be available on a digital platform, which will facilitate the exchange of information between authorities and automate legal and administrative processes. The Cabinet approved a draft that provides for the implementation of the “e-Dossier". According to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Adrian Efros, the processing time of files will be reduced, and manual activities will be replaced by the use of modern technologies.

The second round of the presidential elections will take place on Sunday, November 3. A decision to this effect was approved by the Central Electoral Commission, after following the election of October 20, 2024, none of the candidates for the position of President of the Republic of Moldova scored at least half of the voters' votes.
