Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița will have a meeting with the Deputy Secretary General of NATO, Mircea Geoană, reads a press release from the North Atlantic Alliance. The meeting will take place on February 7, after which the two officials will hold a press conference.
We remind you that from February 4 to 8 this year, the PM from Chisinau together with several ministers will be on a working visit to Brussels, where they will participate in the 7th meeting of the EU Association Council - Republic of Moldova. For the first time, our country will be present at this event as a candidate state for joining the European Union.
In addition to the topics on the bilateral agenda, the Association Council will also exchange views on regional challenges, including the impact of Russia's aggression against Ukraine. Another topic included on the discussion agenda is the resolution of the Transnistrian conflict.
